What we collect
- Quote requests: the details you type (job, street or ZIP, timing, name, phone or email). We send them only to the businesses you tick and keep a copy for 12 months so we can handle complaints.
- Corrections and messages: what you send us and your email, so we can reply.
- Visits: privacy-friendly page counts with no advertising trackers.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your details.
- Pass your details to a business you didn't choose.
- Put personal details in web addresses.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you via our contact page. A business that received your quote request holds its own copy; contact it directly too.
Business owners
Job addresses you send us as evidence for a coverage label are used only to check the label. We never publish them.
